HBA Trust Services B.V. was incorporated by Harry Hunnekens in 1999 as an answer to a growing demand for Dutch trust services.  From the start clients benefited from HBA Trust Services B.V.'s personal, dynamic and professional approach.

 

Since the coming into force of the "Act on Supervision of Trust Offices" in 2004, Dutch trust offices are regulated and supervised by the Dutch National Bank. Furthermore it is only permitted to render trust services in The Netherlands if the trust office has been licensed by the Dutch National Bank. HBA Trust Services B.V. has obtained this license in 2005.

 

In 2012 Tim Adriaens, a master in Dutch, European and international law, became a partner in HBA Trust Services B.V.

 

HBA Corporate Services B.V. was established in 2015. Both Heerlen (close the German border) and Maastricht (close to the Belgian border) are located in the heart of the Euregio. This region offers excellent opportunities for starters, enterpreneurs and international companies aiming to expand their business. HBA Corporate Services B.V. can provide assistance and guidance in setting up an entity, take care of the day to day administration and serve as the main contact for all Dutch business related question.
